Released in 1991, this film weaves a dramatic conspiracy theory in the assassination of President Kennedy. It carries a cast of some of Hollywood’s most famous stars at that time. JFK focuses on the prosecution of Clay Shaw by New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison. It won Oscars for Best Cinematography and Film Editing. For many people, this is the only real exposure they’ve ever had to learning about the assassination.
